Supporting Partner

The B&E Foundation are proud to be working as the South Yorkshire TEKK Hub for the new and exciting TEKK Challenge programme being rolled out over the next few years to schools up and down the country. The South Yorkshire Hub has been running the programme since its pilot in September 2015 with up-to 10 schools from each region (Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham)

Each school taking part in the programme needs to be supported by a TEKK Ambassador, a volunteer from the local business community that can share their skills and motivate the students throughout the programme.  The programme also needs a little financial support from local businesses and organisations and this is where we need your help. Your business could support and present an award at one of our competition finals for as little as £200 or support a school programme directly for around £500. The charitable donation would also receive all the usual tax benefits.

This generation is the one who will be determining all our futures and we can help them by passing on our knowledge, skills and experiences. We can only do this with your support.

The programme provides an excellent opportunity, not only for young people but also for your business to engage with the local community showing you as the employer of choice in your area; displaying your commitment to developing the next generation and preparing them for the world of work.

If you want to make a real difference in your area through the TEKK Challenge programme, then please contact us to express your interest in becoming a TEKK Supporter or TEKK Ambassador in a school near you.
